Returns/Refund Policy

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM TO SUSTAINABLE CT OR THE SHIPPER!

Return Process

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed damaged or defective merchandise within 30 calendar days of purchase for a refund. Returned orders are processed in the order they are received and may take up to 2-3 weeks. Refund credit will be issued to the original form of payment. Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning, making sure they are in their original condition with all tags and accessories intact. Place the packaging slip, or order summary on top of the return product(s), and ensure your package is properly secured to prevent any items from accidentally falling out or getting damaged in transit.

Write to thestore@sustainablect.org describing the reason for the return; if the item is damaged or defective, please include a picture clearly indicating the problem. This will assist us in promptly addressing the matter and ensuring a comprehensive resolution of any concerns you may have. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return of a damaged or defective product. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide the best possible support.

Made-To-Order Or Customized Merchandise

We will not accept returns on made-to-order or customized merchandise except in cases of a manufacturer defect or damage. We are only able to provide refunds for damaged or defective products; we are not able to provide refunds for "buyer's remorse"; nor are we able to provide size or color exchanges. Any item returned as damaged or defective will be refunded to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the supplier. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the supplier and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).
